Important Dates

Claim Form Deadline
Monday, October 19, 2026
You must submit your Claim Form online by October 19, 2026 or mail your completed paper Claim Form so that it is postmarked no later than October 19, 2026.
Opt-Out Deadline
Monday, November 16, 2026
You must mail your request to opt-out to the Settlement Administrator so that it is postmarked no later than November 16, 2026.
Objection Deadline
Monday, November 16, 2026
You must file your written objection with the Court no later than November 16, 2026, and mail your written objection to Class Counsel, Defendants’ Counsel, and the Settlement Administrator postmarked no later than November 16, 2026.
Final Approval Hearing
Monday, December 14, 2026
The Court is scheduled to hold a Final Approval Hearing on December 14, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. CT, at the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Waco Division. Please check this Settlement Website for updates.
